Payment Methods

You may order online, or by phone/e-mail.

Online payment options include credit/bank card, PalPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and (to pay later by) check.  This site is encrypted and secure: see the padlock icon to the left of the web address bar.  Credit/bank card numbers are never stored unless you opt to do so.  Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and customer information is secure.  Payments by check earn a 3% discount

Check / Purchase Order - you can process an order online and choose this payment option if you are a trusted, existing customer.  We will ship your order without delay and you may later mail the check to us.  You must use the discount code check at the Checkout page to apply the 3% discount.

Any major credit/bank card: all card number information remains secured through Shopify Payments and cannot be viewed by JCB Products.  Credit/bank card numbers are never stored by JCB Products.  Shopify is a leading site hosting and ecommerce provider.  Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and customer information is secure.

To order over the phone or by e-mail: call or e-mail us your order: 1-800-718-6114 or support@electronicsandbatteries.com.  If you plan to pay by credit card, we will e-mail you an invoice with a link that will take you to the payments page where you can enter your credit card number and complete the payment - we never take credit card numbers over the phone for your protection.  If you want to pay by check, that is fine as well.  We may ask for a Purchase Order # to validate a large purchase.

To protect our customers, JCB Products does not accept credit/bank card information over the phone.  Customers are assured that no one has seen their credit card numbers.  Contact us with any questions.

Purchases over $300 earn a 3% discount (3% discount if paying by check).
